Reviewing Community Server activity


In a Sametime 8.5.2 environment, a Community Server is usually being managed by the SSC. However, monitoring and logging data for the Community Server is only viewable from the Domino Sametime Administration interface. You would need to check these logs to monitor instant messaging activity. To login, go to the URL: http://<communityserver>/stcenter.nsf. You will need to use credentials that have at least Editor rights and the role of [SametimeAdmin] or [SametimeMonitor] in the ACL of the stconfig.nsf database on the server. The account you use in the SSC to manage the Community Server will have these rights, but you can easily add other accounts also.

Once logged in, you will see a link on the right-hand side under Administrator tools titled Administer the server. If you are prompted for another login after clicking on this link, then you do not have the required access levels for stconfig.nsf on the server. You will need to update the permissions...
