Given the sheer number of Windows based computers out there, you will also find that Microsoft Visio Templates are readily available.
There are several reasons why you want to use these templates. One very valid reason is that you cannot find an equivalent OmniGraffle template. Another reason is that your company has standardized MS Visio Templates for certain diagrams and since you are using Macintosh and OmniGraffle, you should thus be able to stick to "company policy".

A quick word of warning when converting a MS Visio Template to a OmniGraffle Stencil: Even if you successfully convert the Visio Template to a Stencil you may not legally re-distribute your OmniGraffle Stencil to other OmniGraffle users.
You must always seek permission from the owner of the Visio Template to re-distribute any derived work.
