The Button is the first interactive object of Captivate we will focus on. Remember that an interactive object can stop the playhead and wait for the student to do something.
In the case of a button, a simple click is enough to trigger an action. Despite its apparent simplicity, the Button object is an essential part of every Captivate project as it lets the student control the timing of his/her online course.
In the next exercise, we will add a simple button below the video file we inserted earlier in this chapter.
