In the previous chapter, we reviewed how to create courses in Blackboard Learn. We now know how to create course shells, or virtual homes, and apartments that allow our virtual community to communicate and start the learning process. We, as administrators, act as landlords for the homes and apartments within our virtual community. We are responsible for keeping the tools and content areas within these spaces working. It's these tasks that we will discuss in this chapter. We will address the following topics:
How we, as administrators, can enroll users and make courses available to student users
How to quickly access courses as an instructor
The ways to back up course and student data from Blackboard Learn
How to remove student data and entire courses from Blackboard Learn
