Editing is just as important as animating. Whether you decide to use a free or premium editor, the techniques you use will ultimately be the same. What's important is for you to find a consistent flow, just like you did with your character designs and animation techniques. Once you perfect this, it will stick with you for the rest of your life. The hardest part will be finding your audience.
