Time for action - joining a group in maharaforbeginners.tdm.info


Let's see how easy it is to join a Mahara group:

  1. 1. Log in to http://maharaforbeginners.tdm.info with your username and password.

  2. 2. Click on Groups in the main menu bar.

  3. 3. Click on the Find Groups sub-menu tab.

  4. 4. You will see all the groups that are available to you in http://maharaforbeginners.tdm.info. Browse through the groups until you find one called ePortfolios: Best Practice. Remember, you can always use the query box to search for any group you want if you already know its name.

  5. 5. When you have found this group, you will see that you have an option to Join this group. This button is present on all open membership groups. Click on Join this group:

  6. 6. That's all there is to it. You have just joined your first Mahara group. You will get a little message telling you that You are now a group member.
