With his current wiki settings, Andy creates new pages by adding double brackets around the words he wishes to have for his new page titles. When saved, these form links that can be clicked on to access a screen where a new page can be generated just as with the initial page:

Note that she could easily include sound, image, or video files in her entry by selecting the appropriate icon in the editor and accessing the file picker. She isn't limited either of course to items on her own computer but if the Moodle admin has enabled them she can search a number of repositories such as Dropbox or Flickr.
