Scribus is not a printing software and our advice to print your documents with other software applies here again. If you want to do a print test like we did previously, Scribus is quite good, but if you want a complete document ready to be read, like a booklet, Scribus won't help you much. If you send your file to a print office you shouldn't prepare the booklet; the office will do this by itself and will use its own production presets. This action is called Imposition and some specialized pieces of software can do it, taking care of many parameters to have the best result.
But for your own proof reading you might need it sometimes. Booklets are defined by some characteristics:
Double-sided print
Facing pages print, that is, two page per sheet side, which will certainly need a fold
First page faces the last and so on
Printing on each side of a piece of paper is a printer option, so if your printer can do it, you should be able to have it set in Scribus.
