Now you might have a better idea of what a layout is: a mix of shapes, frames, images, and text; a mix of made and imported documents of several types. It's important to keep an eye on the original documents and be sure we are not faked by some properties.
You will have two ways of getting information about an image:
The Image Frame contextual menu Info
The Manage Images window
Both display quite similar information. The Info box will display the name of the imported image, its resolution, color space, and whether printing of this frame is enabled. To save memory, printing can be enabled or disabled by clicking on the printer icon in the XYZ tab of the PP.
Manage Images will be more precise as this window gives the full path, the scale factor, and the name of the frame in which it is imported, plus some extra functionalities that we'll see in the next pages.
