The Tools menu


The Tools menu has only four selections—the top two relate to spell checking, which we covered in Chapter 2, the toolbox where tools downloaded from online are placed (we'll look at that in a moment), and various options. The Options... selection we saw in Chapter 1, while setting up an Internet connection for our Celtx (it's critical that Celtx can communicate with the web as we've seen for formatting), but we'll look at it again.

Toolbox

The following screenshot shows how my Toolbox (click on Toolbox on the Tools menu) looks right now—empty. If you've only recently installed Celtx, yours looks the same.

Let's get some tools! To do so, click on the Get Celtx Tools button at the bottom of the dialog box shown in the preceding screenshot. Remember, Celtx relies on a web connection being open for several reasons, and downloading tools, art packs, and other goodies into the toolbox is yet another of those reasons.
