Sharing your Prezi


If you're building a Prezi for someone else in your organization, it might be safer (for you and them) to export your design as a portable Prezi. This means that they won't be able to edit the Prezi file at all, but they also won't need to have Prezi installed on their computer to present it.

For Prezi desktop users, follow the given steps to export your work as a portable Prezi:

  1. Click on the File menu at the top of the screen.

  2. Select the option Export as portable prezi…

  3. Name the file and click on the Save button.

For Prezi online users, follow the given steps to export your work as a portable Prezi:

  1. Exit the Prezi canvas to go back to your Prezis info page.

  2. Below the preview window, click on the Download button.

  3. Select the option Export to portable prezi…

  4. Click on the Download button and wait a few seconds.

  5. You will then see the message Your downloadable prezi has been created. Please click this link to download the file.

  6. Click the link and decide the location for the file to...
