When to present with a tablet


Being able to present your Prezi via a tablet opens up a whole new dimension for sharing ideas with your colleagues. Let's say that you have an amazing new business idea that you want to pitch to your boss. If you know that she/he prefers to see a visual presentation, but is too busy to sit down in a board room and wait while you fire up the projector, then using a tablet is perfect.

Open the Prezi on your tablet and put it into show mode, then simply put it in the hands of your boss and let them click through it while you stride along next to them on their way to their next important business lunch. If anything, they'll love the fact you're being innovative with how you present ideas to them. Make sure you get the tablet back though!

Tip

Don't assume your boss or colleague will know how to navigate the Prezi. Tell them how to click through it, but let them do all the work so that they are fully engaged in your presentation.
