Now that you've created a template for the meeting room appearance, you will learn to convert a meeting to a template. In order to do so, you will need to go back to the Meetings page in a Connect application as described earlier. You will notice your meeting (Cookbook Meeting) in the Meetings List window. Select the meeting by clicking on the checkbox next to the meeting name, and then click on the Move button, as shown in the following screenshot:
After you click on the button, you will see the Move page.

On the left-hand side of the Move page, you can see that your selected meeting is shown in the Item(s) to Move section. In our example, only Cookbook Meeting is displayed. In order to convert the meeting room into a template, you can follow these steps:
