Administrators and users with appropriate permissions can define which operations are allowed for a specific user or a group whose content exists in the Content library. To manage permission settings, you should go to the Set Permissions page. This page can be accessed in two ways. Depending on how you access this page, you can manage permissions for files or folders. In order to change permissions for a folder inside the Content library, navigate to the folder's Shared Content option, My Content option, and so on of the Content List page. Now click on the Set Permissions tab. If, on the other hand, you want to change the permission settings for a specific file, this can be achieved by clicking on the Set Permissions tab on the Content Information page.
