Desktop sharing

Selecting the Desktop sharing option allows you to share the contents of your desktop. If you have more than one monitor connected to your computer, a desktop icon appears for each monitor. Choose the desktop that you want to share. Note that, if needed, you can change the monitor shared once sharing is activated. You will see how to do that in the following section.

When you start your screen, the sharing message, Your screen is being shared appears and the name of the share pod will change in a way that the name of the attendee who is sharing screen will be appended to the name of the share pod. In order to make sure your audience see what you are sharing correctly, you can switch your pod to full screen and force presenter view.

Please note that screen sharing means that your whole screen will be shrunk in the relatively smaller share pod. Thus, if you have a fairly large screen (larger than average), reducing its resolution will help your audience see your content properly...
