Building a helicopter

In this chapter, we will be building the following helicopter:

Follow these steps to build the helicopter:

  1. Take your BOOST Hub and ensure that its batteries are fully charged.

  2. Take two wing sections and connect them to the BOOST Hub.

  3. Take two 2x4 plates and one 4x6 brick. Connect them to the BOOST Hub, as shown in the following figure:

  4. Now, take one blue flat tile, one yellow flat tile, two 2x4 red plates, and two 2x4 orange plates. Connect the blue and yellow tiles to the BOOST Hub, connect the 2x4 red plate to the recently attached 2x4 orange plate, and then connect the 2x4 orange plate to the 4x6 brick.

  5. Take one 3M axle and connect it to motor A of the BOOST Hub.

  6. Take one 3M stopper axle, one connector peg, and one 1x8 Technic brick. Connect the 3M stopper axle to the 1x8 Technic brick and then attach the Technic brick to the 3M axle with the connector...
