Summary

In this chapter, we learned how the user can interact with their iPhone and how to put that data to use in our games. We discussed different ways we can pick up touch data, motion data, tilting, and gestures. We took everything we learned about touches and gestures and applied them to a simple putt-putt golf game.

In Chapter 8, The Galaxy Game, we will use everything we have learned previously in order to create your final game similar to Galaga. You will also be introduced to planning, resource management, design and flow, creating game screens, and much much more.
