Wow! You made it through—configuring the Help Desk and User Portal. There was a lot of information in this chapter, and since you are reading this, you got through and learned a few things in the process. You should be at least familiar with creating content and designing the User Portal, setting up your help desk for e-mail, creating and working tickets, and setting those Custom Attributes. So if you have any tweaks you want to do on your portal, configure Custom Attributes or tickets you want to create; do it now (getting a refreshing beverage and snack is also allowed).
