Terminating the EC2 instance

PowerShell has a cmdlet that allows you to remove an EC2 Instance from the account if needed. Remove-EC2Instance terminates a stopped or running EC2 instance. The operation will be prompting for confirmation before proceeding. Note that the terminated instances will remain visible after termination for approximately 1 hour but will not accessible:
