Service-now provides system tables in which the data is stored and the product also provides a facility to create a custom table for a custom application, but it is worth to note that most of tables refer to each and other. On many occasions, clients ask for reports which are hard to get from a single table or a reporting module. For this recipe, you need an active service-now instance, valid credentials, and an admin role.
Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
Type the instance web address in the address bar.
Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
