We will now create a basic QoS configuration for TenantA.
- Navigate to
Tenants|TenantA|Application Profiles|TenantA_AP1|Application EPGs|EPG TenantA_EPG1. - Click on the dropdown next to
Custom QoSand selectCreate Custom QOS Policy.
- Name the policy.
- Click on the plus sign next to
DSCP to priority map. - From the
Prioritydropdown, selectLevel1.
- Select
AF13from theDSCP Range Fromdropdown. - Select
AF22from theDSCP Range Todropdown. - Select
AF31as theDSCP Target. - Set the
TargetCoS5.
- Click on
Update. - Click on the plus sign next to
Dot1P Classifiers. - Set the
PrioritytoLevel1, theDot1P Range Fromto1, and theDot1P Range Toto3. - Set the
DSCPTargetCS1and theTarget COSto 1.
- Click on
Submit - Click on
Submitagain on the main screen.
Using these steps, we created some custom QoS translations. We translated the ingress QoS markings to our own egress markings.
