Managing update history

Checking the status of updates received by your Windows 10 device after every installation update is considered to be a best practice. The Update history page of Windows Update enables you to view the updates that have been installed and those that have failed to install. You will notice that every update received by your Windows 10 device contains a unique name, the status with a date, and, if you click on each update, you will be redirected to the Microsoft Support website, where detailed information on an update is presented.
