Creating a custom RBAC role for administrators


Sometimes, the management roles that are installed by Exchange are not specific enough to meet your needs. When you are faced with this issue, the solution is to create a custom RBAC role. The process can be a little tricky, but the level of granular control that you can achieve is quite astounding.
