From Roundtable and Email to CRM


The Polycom CX5000 "RoundTable" is a 360 degree panoramic video conferencing system. It has easy USB connection which can be connected to any PC running on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 to allow high-quality video conferencing with both picture and sound. Using Lync together with the RoundTable conferencing system, the customer is able to have a full panoramic view of all my colleagues without any required piece of software on their own personal computer or notebook. The great feature here is that the customer does not necessarily need to own Lync because he is able to participate as a guest with all the features. Using Lync, we were also able to record a video of our meeting and publish this on the SharePoint web space or site for the customers to download later as e-learning content.
