After the RFP process, the decision to "go" with one selected UC solution is usually the start of the "Proof of Concept" stage. However, based on the facts presented and the knowledge of other reference (deployment) projects from other companies, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) can decide to start with the full introduction of the UC solution from Microsoft and to run the POC inside the production environment of the company immediately.
