Decision making and pilot phase


Once the decision for a solution provider has been made, the next steps for a test pilot installation in the real IT environment of the company is planned. At this point, also clarify who would realize this test environment. Some solution providers are happy to offer their specially trained presales engineers or architects and consultants who can implement these test pilots for free or at a minimal cost. The reason for this would be to test out the solution in a dedicated "test" environment, to prove if all required features and scenarios are part of the UC solution, and to check if the companies requirements are properly addressed. Another proof of concept is to realize the project in the "real" production environment of the company.
