The URA server role poses very few requirements, technically. All you have to do is add it, as you would add any other role. The wizard still runs through no less than 13 pages, but unless you intend to add additional roles in the same go, you can simply step through everything quickly. As opposed to some other roles, adding it is simple, with the advanced stuff happening after the role is already installed:
Open Server manager by clicking on the server manager shortcut on the bottom-left corner.
Click on Add roles and features.
Click on Next three times to reach the Server Roles page.
Check the Remote Access role.
Click on Add Features.
Click on Next six more times, and finally click on Install.
You can close the wizard, or leave it open until the installation completes, and close it then. If you close the wizard before the installation is completed, then you can see the status of the installation from the alerts in the Server manager page:
