You can use MCMS performance counters to compare results before and after output caching is enabled. The counters can be configured in the Performance Logs and Alerts | Counter Logs
section of the Computer Management Console in Windows.
Create a new Counter Log by right-clicking and choosing New Log Settings...
Name the new log and click Add Counters...
. Choose the CMS Performance Counters
from the Performance object
drop-down list.
You can also create a new Alert
to monitor whether the counters go above or below a set threshold. Here is a list of the available counters:
