Quick View and Quick Create Forms


Entities in Dynamics CRM can be accessed from various parts of the system, and their information can be presented in various formats. This feature contributes to the 360 degree view of customer data.

In order to achieve this functionality, the entities in Dynamics CRM present a variety of standard views available for customization. These include standard entity forms, quick create forms, and quick view forms. In addition, for mobile devices, we can customize mobile forms.

Entity Forms

As we have seen in the previous chapter, each entity can be customized with a multitude of views. We can have role-based views, which change based on the user's security role, and we can also have more than one form available to users to select from.
