Asynchronous Programming with Scala

In this chapter, we will discuss how Scala supports the asynchronous programming API, using the following two APIs—Scala Future API and Scala Async API.

The Scala asynchronous programming (AP) API supports both Concurrency and true Parallelism very well, in an asynchronous way.
