I have a lot of people to thank for their role in the highly fulfilling but tough initiative of writing this book. First, I want to thank my entire family, especially my parents, my wife Samta and my daughter Shreya for their constant encouragement and support. It means a lot to me to see the pride in their eyes, as I became a publishing author.

Next, I wish to thank the leadership and my colleagues at ThoughtWorks in India and across the globe. It is only due to their wholehearted help, encouragement, and support that I gained the courage to think about writing a book and then take it to completion. Neal Ford played a key role in inspiring me, as he was the first to suggest that I write a book, about six years ago.
