Thus far, we have explored the various tools and techniques that we need to use in order to build an application using some of the most popular TypeScript frameworks. We have focused on building an Angular site with a rather complex screen flow, and learned how we can use the State and Mediator design patterns to handle this complexity in a modular way. We have also explored the use of Node and Express that allow us to build a server-side application to handle page generation, and route handling. In the first section of this chapter, we combine the two, and explore how to serve an Angular website from a Node Express server. We will build upon the Angular application that we built in Chapter 11, Object-Oriented Programming, and use it as the basis for further development.
