So, what are your options?


You have all three options available to you. Depending on the platform capabilities that you have, as we will explore in the next chapter, there are some pros and some cons that could be encountered.

But, for now, let's have a closer look at the different options you have for hosting your CRM application and compare the benefits and shortcomings of each deployment option.

For this section, we will look at Microsoft Dynamics 365. I've chosen to look at Microsoft because it provides all of the preceding options and is, therefore, a very good case study. However, this table can be applied to any other vendor. To make it work, you simply need to ask your vendor to provide you with an up-to-date list of similar deployment comparisons:
