Power Automate

Power Automate is used as a workflow automation tool and is very useful for creating workflow triggers in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online. Power Automate was known as Flow previously, and although the name has changed, its awesome functionality persists. Due to the deprecation of previous workflow solutions, such as SharePoint Designer and InfoPath, users and developers have started to rely more heavily on the new workflow tools available to them.

Although there are a few third-party products that have gained popularity, such as Nintex, if you want to stay within the Microsoft Suite for your workflow solutions, Power Automate is a great option. Keep in mind that if you wish to utilize Power Automate's tools, you will need a subscription.
