Configuring a team

The first step is to create a team with members that will be responsible for handling these requests. In this example, we're going to use at least two individuals (one to provide the marketing materials and another to process the equipment request):

  1. Log in to Microsoft Teams, select the Teams view, and then click Create a team:

  1. Select From scratch.
  2. Enter a name, such as Marketing Requests, and click Create.
  3. Select members to add to the team and then click Add:

  1. After the members have been added, click on Close.
  2. Select the newly created team's General channel, and then click the + button to add a new tab:

  1. Select the Tasks by Planner and To Do app:
