Publishing a bot

Once your chatbot has been created, you can publish it for your users. Publishing the bot is required for end users to chat with it. If you need to make changes to the bot in the future, simply publish it again and the bot will be updated. To publish the bot for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Power Virtual Agents app in Teams.
  2. Under Chatbots, navigate to the team that holds the bot.
  3. Open the desired bot by clicking on its name.
  4. Navigate to the Publish tab on the side menu:

  1. Select Publish:

  1. Once the bot has been published, select Availability options to make it available to your users.
  2. To make the chatbot available to members of the team, select Show to my teammates and shared users. This places the bot in the app store in the Built by your colleagues...
