Live event usage report

Microsoft live events are a great way to host group, organizational-wide, or even public events virtually. The live event usage report will give you analytics and insights about overall Live event usage within your organization. In this section, you will become familiar with accessing this report and understand the different data points provided.

Like the Teams usage report, the live event usage report can be found in the Teams Admin Center. This report will give you a high-level overview of Live event usage in your organization. You can access this report by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com and sign in.
  2. On the left, click on Analytics & reports, then Usage reports.
  3. Under the View reports tab, locate Report and select report from the dropdown.
  4. Choose Teams live event usage.
  5. Locate Date range and select date range from the dropdown.
  6. In this example, we will choose Last 30 days.
