Bookings using Teams

Now that you have a good understanding of the Bookings service in Office 365, we can dive into the dedicated Teams app for Bookings. This app enables your team to offer, create, and manage internal or external appointments, all within Teams. There are some key differences between the Teams and web versions of the application, which we will explore at the end of this section.

First, let's get the app onto the Teams rail. To install the app to your Teams client, follow these steps:

  1. Click Apps on the left-hand rail of Teams to open the App Store.
  2. In the search box, type in Bookings and select the Bookings app. Click the Add button to install the app to your Teams client:
