Adding app users to your apps and defining editing permissions
The next step is to share the app by adding a list of users who are allowed to interact with it. When adding new users, we can configure the permission levels and their roles inside the app to control what those users can do inside our app. They can either edit data or only view the contents. Let’s review the whole process to set this up.
Adding new users as normal users
The process to add new users to your app is simple. All you have to do is follow these steps:
- To add new users, just click the icon in the upper-right corner of the app editor, as shown:

- Then, the following new dialog window will be seen:

Here, you can add the email addresses of the users with whom you wish to share the app in the input field.
