To create a QFT, simply set a variable to the value
10110. Then, apply an X gate to each qubit that has a
1 assigned. Then, follow the pattern to generate the QFT by applying an H gate to the most significant qubit, then followed by Control-Rot gates starting at /2 and dividing in half as you traverse across each C-Rot, /4, /8, /16, and more. Then, repeat as you progress down each qubit. Finally, apply swap gates from the extreme qubits – in this case, qubit 0, qubit 4, qubit 1, and qubit 3.
