SAP Business ONE Implementation

Now that we have a strategy in place, we need to find out if an ERP in general, and specifically SAP Business ONE, can do the job. We now need to put the available functionality in SAP to the test. How can we do that? The obvious way is by just opening SAP Business ONE and clicking through the available screens. However, this may not be sufficient because a screen is only meaningful when used in a business context. It may otherwise be meaningless to the outsider. In addition, by just looking at the available fields on the screens in the inventory section, an inventory employee may get some information about how the system maintains inventory. However, that may not satisfy the information requirements of the C-level managers. C-level managers are CEOs, CFOs, etc.
