Sales opportunity reports
One thing to look for in a new system is the availability of reports. What reports are available by default? You know that in a SQL database, almost any report can be generated. However, the crucial part is what reports are available by default. This is where the information that is maintained in all of the SAP forms comes to light. We can use the information to analyze sales stages, sales personnel performance, sales by territory, and marketing budget as it relates to sales.
You can evaluate the sales stages by opening the "Sales Pipeline Report" (seen in the following screenshot). This shows a report in a pipeline format. Each section represents a sales stage. Apparently, in our Lemonade Enterprise Database, we only have transactions related to sales stages 1, 3, and 4. Therefore, the pipeline diagram only shows this information.
