In the interest of full disclosure, one of the authors of this book works at JAMF Software, the company that makes Bushel. It is a very simple, easy-to-use MDM that allows us to showcase, using a third-party solution, to make changes on devices using the fewest number of screenshots so we can fit them into this book.
You can set up a Bushel account from signup.bushel.com. When prompted for your company name, provide it a subdomain name as well, as shown in the following screenshot:

When the form is filled out, click on Next.
On the initial screen, provide your name, e-mail address, and a password, as shown in the next screenshot. The administrative username for the account will then be this e-mail address. Click on the Create Account button:
