Throughout this chapter, we identified a number of different methodologies, and as we further discussed, the recommendation is to create your own methodologies based on the ones that were discussed within the chapter as a reference. Your challenge is as follows:
Taking the methodologies within the chapter for an example, draft and build your own custom methodology by taking the components from each methodology that you like best and combining them into your own one.
Once you have created your methodology, experiment with it and practice it against the range you created in the previous chapter.
This challenge will allow you to experiment with the different components of a variety of methodologies, and this will provide you with plenty of practice within your pen testing range, and that is where you should enhance and hone your skills.
