This allows us to customize the messaging experience of our users to meet compliance, governance, or user experience (UX) requirements. We then covered email integration in Teams and managing cloud file storage settings. Lastly, we explored coexistence options available when upgrading from Skype for Business on-premises to Teams.

In the next chapter, we'll begin exploring the management of apps in Microsoft Teams.
