In this recipe, we will target the
Audacity 2.0.6 package that was imported earlier into the App-V 5 users collection for end users to opt for the installation through the Application Catalog.
To complete these steps you will need to have a functioning SCCM infrastructure (including the Application Catalog roles) and should have completed the first two recipes of this chapter.
The following list shows you the high-level steps involved in this recipe and the tasks required to complete the recipe (all of the actions in this recipe will take place on the server SCCM):
Deploy the
Audacity 2.0.6package.
The implementation of the preceding task is as follows:
On the server
SCCM, launch the SCCM Management console and navigate to Software Library | Application Management | Applications | App-V 5 Packages.Right-click on the Audacity 2.0.6 package that you imported earlier and click on Deploy.
