Understanding Gmail for Business

Gmail for Business offers ample storage for your team. If there are fewer than five members, each one gets 1 TB, but once the team grows, the unlimited storage option will be automatically enabled.

There are some limitations as regards messages. The most common one is that outbound email attachments are limited to 25 MB, while inbound attachments can only be up to 50 MB in size for a single message. Other usually less relevant restrictions are that your team can only send a single message to up to 500 addresses, and users can only send up to 3,000 messages per day outside of your domain.

To find Gmail settings, take these steps from the administrator home:

  1. Select Apps
  2. Click on G Suite
  3. Select Gmail
