Guest agent and SPICE logs

All guest-agent-related logs of the RHEL guest are found under /var/log/ovirt-guest-agent/ovirt-guest-agent.log.

If you are accessing the SPICE console of a virtual machine from the supported web browser of Windows 7 and RHEL clients, the respective logs will be found under the following:

  • Spice Client for Windows Windows 7: %temp%\spicex.log

  • Spice Client for RHEL /var/log/messages
