In this chapter, we discussed the current roles and features which are available for Nano Server in Windows Server 2016, we covered how to create a Nano Server VHD(X) image, then we showed you how to deploy that image in a virtual machine using Hyper-V Manager and Windows PowerShell, and lastly, we discussed the four deployment options for Nano Server on a physical machine using WinPE and WDS.
Nano Server can also be deployed in Microsoft Azure. You can use the Azure helper PowerShell module to automate the deployment, or you can deploy the same through Azure marketplace.
