As covered earlier, vCenter does not provide information for the network at these levels (data center, vCenter, and World). vRealize Operations provides a set of counters for the network at these levels, which are useful for overall visibility. This table lists the key counters. The only exception is that the packet dropped information is not available at the World level. I have left the table cell blank for ease of comparison.
